2.		Strength Training Anatomy from Human Kinetics Publishers Price: $13.57 Customer Review: Wonderfully illustrated book makes it easy to understand which exercises are right for each muscle group. Very educational and also useful as a motivational tool. Only problem is its published and printed in France (written in English). Viva La Freedom Fries!
