2.		Clinical Anesthesiology, 4th Edition from McGraw-Hill Medical Price: $67.45 Customer Review: My primary source for the ABA exam. I passed the 8/05/08 exam!!! A great source. Read it three times before the exam and if you understand the information you will pass the exam. The regional section was particularly helpful. I found that this book has a lot of useful data, but I read it mostly as a supplement to the textbooks, which sometimes doesn't mention these "secrets".
