To all of you who have weight or health issues:

I was one of those people with eating disorders who tried almost every diet in the market. I also went to all sort of treatments, scientific and none scientific. One night, I met this ND at a party and he suggested to try the Genotype Diet. That night, I got home and ordered the genotyping Kit, the Genotype diet book, and the blood typing kit. It makes sense and it works!:

I tried the blood type diet years ago, and while it was fairly good it seemed as though it was not complete. Now with the GenoType Diet, I really resonate with the food choices and when I eat the recommended foods, I not only release some excess weight, but I feel great! As a Naturopath & Nutritionist, I am now using this on my clients and many of their "ills" are going away. They feel great that someone is finally talking their language. Great job!

geno typing is fine tuning blood type:

When I saw the advertisment for the first blood type book, I was intrigued. And the more I read about it, the more I was drawn to the idea that human beings are individuals, biologically, and that biology affects our personalities as well. Typing out as blood type A drew me to the basically plant based diet, though it also includes fish and poultry. I'd been having trouble digesting beef for a couple of years before this so it seemed a natural progression.

Several direct-to-consumer companies (23andme, Navigenics, deCODEme) are now offering personal genotyping services for between $999 and $2500. So I was intrigued to discover this "Genotyping Kit" for only $14.95 - it is a companion to the book by D'Adamo and Whitney: The GenoType Diet: Change Your Genetic Destiny to live the longest, fullest and healthiest life possible.
