I ordered two of these, one as a gift. They both came dirty and with cracks in the binding of the book. The content was great, just wish the presentation was better. Also, the HUGE stickers that are put on some of the books before shipping are very hard to get off!!

Lovers Yoga is great little companion to all students and teachers of yoga. I have been teaching yoga for seven years, I was asked by one of my students to guide he and his girlfriend through a couples yoga session I prepared the class beforehand and when they arrived for the session they showed me this book and asked if I could take them through a sequence similar to this book. Lovers' Yoga is so much fun! This book is a joy to look at with its wonderfull illustrations, and easy to read with simple instructions. My fiance and I have been practicing Lovers' Yoga and have increased our intimacy greatly. We even did a weekend retreat with Darrin Zeer, the author, and had the time of our lives! I highly recommend this book and way of doing yoga.
