I always thought this idea was a little gross, plus, since I am one of those people who nearly drowns myself in a few inches of water, I was understandably skeptical. But I continued to watch YouTube videos, read as much as I could, and after suffering through some pretty nasty post-nasal drip during my latest cold, I thought, "What could it hurt?" I first heard about this product when one of my coworkers mentioned seeing the Oprah episode with Dr. Oz where it was demonstrated. I thought, no way, that's disguisting.
