Great For Grandma!:

I bought this camera for my Mom so she could Skype with her grandkids. The installation was done with ease. The picture is clear as is the sound. Her computer never has an issue detecting the camera. It has been a fun way to keep in touch.

Works well wit Skype:

This web cam works quite well. Windows 7 automatically recognized and installed the necessary drivers; no need to install the bloated software Logitech provides. One slight issue though. When I first installed it there was a big lag between my movements and the image displayed by the camera. This resulted in the audio being more than one second out of sync with the video. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting my USB ports before I realized the problem was caused by "Low Light Boost" being enabled by default... more info

Unexpected ease:

Bought 2, one for me and one for my daughter. Great product, it actually does what its supposed to without hours of tech support to get it to work. Easy set up easy use, well worth the price. Definitely recommend this product.

disappointment:

I know I paid very little for this item but, since I have a logitech, I was hoping that the quality would live up to its' name.
I am so embarrassed by the quality that I will get another skype camera at a higher price
