<1 year and not working:

We used this product about 10 times. It has sat unused for about 6 months now. Started it up the other day and it is not working.
It was good while it lasted. Since I am still under warranty (1 year) then I'll go try to hunt down that fix.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Don't buy this product. There is no customer service. I called the customer care number: 800-622-4714, but no one answered. I had to left a voice message telling them to call back with my phone. No one ever called back.
Don't buy this product! There are better and cheaper brands out there.

Very overpriced for what you get:

Does the job, but there are better choices:

Having used both this and Vicks inhalers, I lean in favor of Vicks.
This unit generates lots of visible fine mist, mixed with actual steam. I suspect this is what prompted some users to comment on how much steam this unit generates. I admit the possibility that this may be the optimal approach to some medical applications, but I think for chronic sinus problems what you need is the actual steam.
