The innovative BalanceBall Chair lets you reap the benefits of the popular BalanceBall right at your workspace. This patented design lets you do tension-relieving techniques while seated in the chair - or simply remove the ball to stretch and strengthen key muscles without a trip to the gym. Relieves stress on the spine, helps prevent back discomfort and repetitive motion disorders, helps prevent health issues related to poor posture, illustrates non-impact strengthening exercises and stretching and keeps you active, even on busy work days. When you sit in the BalanceBall Chair, the ball acts as a shock absorber and eases your body into an ergonomic position. When your muscles become stiff or whenever you want a break, the exercises in this guide will help you relax, build strength and foster a wide range of health benefits. Exercises performed with the BalanceBall in the chair offer maximum support, stability and convenience. Exercises performed on the ball alone allow greater range of movement. The BalanceBall Chair was developed with Dr. Randy Weinzoff a pioneer in chiropractic care. Trained at the acclaimed Palmer West University in California, Dr. Weinzoff runs his successful practice in Santa Monica, CA based on his philosophy of "Vitality through total alignment of the whole being." Some assembly required.

Great Buy Balance Ball Chair helps in pregnancy!:
The product was everything that was described and detailed. I am very satisfied with this product. I am pregnant and purchased this product after borrowing my co-workers for a day. It is very comfortable and well worth it. I will also use the exercise ball for birthing techniques when I deliver.
Best thing I ever bought:
I bought this at Target 2 years ago & my husband & I use it constantly at our desk at home & it's still in excellent shape. We both love it.
Fun & Functional!:
I bought this chair for work. I was using just a stability ball but with working on multiple surfaces and turning around a lot, it became a little inconvenient. The secretary at my chiropractor's office has one of these and after talking to her about it, decided to get one. She is also a yoga instructor so she was able to put my apprehensions at ease regarding the chair/ball still doing some good for my core. I thought since the ball was part of the chair that it would not work my stabilizer muscles as... more info
Balance Ball Chair:
I was recommended by a physical therapist to use this chair to obtain relief from neck issues. It is very comfortable providing adequate back support but with greatly diminished stress to the lower back resulting in relief to my neck area. The only thing I miss from a traditional office chair is the arms to rest my elbows on; however, I am practicing new ergonomic techniques and find that I would not use them anyway. Great product, highly recommend!
