ok for a week:

uncomfortable. has to install everytime you use it. after you use it half a dozen times, it stops working all together. i will never buy a single logitech product for the rest of my life.

Service was great, too bad product was defective:

Service by the company was great, shipped in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, the product was received as not working electronically. Maybe it was damaged during shipping?
The company did not have another unit, so they refunded my money. Their service was great.
Too bad I can't rate the item itself, as I did not have a working one.

A Failed Product:

Bought in June 2007. Never really used it much and had it on the shelf. Installed SKYPE last week (2/2010) and brought out the headset. Worked for 10 minutes and died. Sometimes Windows 7 sees it, sometimes (mostly) not. Not even shown as a product in Logitech [...] forums there show a LOT of unhappy people that bought this. STAY AWAY !!!!

Good headset:

It was sort of strange at first not hearing yourself in the headset. You got over it after a while. Over all the headset is really good. The sound quality is good and from what I hear the microphone quality is also good. The only problem is there is this button that you can accidentally press to make you go on mute. If they cant hear you check to see if its blinking. If it is then press it. you will be good to go. Overall a good product.
