Not the book you are looking for!:
This book offers nothing. If this book held any answers, we should all just take the bridge right now. The answers we are all looking for are found in one book. You know what book I am talking about! Don't waist your hard earned money on this nonsense. For our physical health, eat right, avoid abuses, be active and seek medical treatment when needed. For our mental health, don't worry, make God your best friend and talk to him everyday. Our salvation is in GOD, period.

Lots Of Good Information, Take It With A Grain Of Salt:
There is a huge amount of good information in this book. I think she goes a little far in some of her recommendations but it's worth buying for all the information.

Thought the book is interesting. Its another viewpoint, and there are definitely some things I can agree with and recommend.
Some of it is easier to do than others.
I guess its a matter of choosing what one agrees with and then live with this new way of handling or preventing diseases.
