Fun book:
This is a great book with great tasting recipes. Some are a bit involved,but none are difficult. I would recommend this cook book to everyone that is interested in the South Beach Diet program.
Excellent recipes!:
Great, easy-to-prepare recipes. Emphasis on fruits and vegetables usually available in summer (of course, most markets can now provide these items nearly year-round). Almost no duplication of recipes from previous SBD books. Highly recommended!
