Lots of good basic information:
Just as good for adult tummies as is for children's! Lot's of good basic information on how the gi tract works and how this can cause/affect other health conditions. It's funny because we spend alot of time on researching what kind of carseat to get or what type of educational activities are best for our child, yet we seem to not think twice about their gi tracts until it becomes a major issue.
