I had post trauma stress disorder from my sons accident and could not get the image of his badly damaged leg out of my mind day or when I lay down at night....For months I had prayed for God to remove it, I used counter thought messaging to no avail. Energy Tapping:

Over all a very good book if you are looking for an alternative to certain medications. Eventhough it was great to read the detailed explainations, I wish the author included a list of breif steps, or short cuts if you will. I know there has got to be a better way to help you fall asleep and rest.

Good stuff - IF you use it:

Having done EFT for years using only the [...] site, I ordered this book for a friend (who tends not to value anything one can get for free). My purchase was sight unseen (other than the look inside feature) and based on reviews of others. The friend read the book and raved about how great it was. But never really applied the technique. Probably less to do with the book than the friend not being ready to clear his issues. You can lead a horse to water...
