A Definite Book to Read:
For years I was struggling with irrational behaviors of my spouse. It was not until I got turned on to BP Central and books such as this that I am able to have a much better understanding and appreciation for what my spouse is living with. This book delves into the maddening world of the BP Disorder and offers tips to address the issues of helping my spouse and helping myself. A MUST READ.
GET ME OUT OF HERE is a much more useful book:
This book is just okay at best. As I read it, I didn't get a sense that the author really understands how and why people become borderline. Well written but didn't support the title:

Borderline Personality Disorder Demystefied:
This book was informative, but troubling to read. Though it promises to reassure those struggling with this disorder, the prognosis looks pretty bleak to me, even after reading the book. Could that be a part of the disorder, or could it just be that this book failed to reassure me? In any case, I am still looking for the answers to the tough questions that BPD pose to the sufferer.
