The book I received in the mail was in great condition and came really fast. I only had to wait a couple days to receive my package.

Never received my purchase:

I ordered this book a month in advance of my progam need and NEVER RECEIVED IT! I made more than 3 attempts to contact the vendor and never received a reply nor an acknowledgement.
I will no longer order from AMAZON as a result.

Amazon sells the FOURTH printing APRIL 2010:

This is the CORRECTED FOURTH printing from April 2010... however, this is only true if you buy it from Amazon... I am not sure if the other retailers are up to date with the printing or they are still selling the erroneous first printing. Don't buy a used one with this.
