Nice Overview of Internal Medicine:
This book helps as an additional review book for your ABIM boards, Dr. Conrad Fisher has his own style of making you learn things, his own unique style is extremely helpfull, I gotta tell you that he is as good as they get amongst teaching and making things simple for you to learn. You will emerge so much more knowledgable after reading this book. Most books make you learn facts, this book tells you how to apply that knowledge, whilst also teaching you more. I reccomend this book to everyone... more info

The book of course was in excellent condition as all new books on Amazon.com are. As far as a good resource, so far so good. I wish it was subject based so that I can use it with First Aid to study. However this just makes it that I have to know just about everything before I attack the questions.
