Saunder's NCLEX Review is a wonderful review book for the NCLEX-RN! It reviews the important parts of every section and then has questions at the end. Each question has the answer and rationale directly after it so you know the reasoning behind every correct and incorrect answer.

Everyone else has said everything I want to say about this book. IT shouldnt be a question of if you need this book. It should be when to get to this book. This book is so valuable, keep it next to your med-surg big book or even in front of it. It has almost everything in it, and most of all this book helped me pass the nclex. Get it and you wont regret it.

Great NCLEX Book!:

I recommend getting this book right at the beginning of nursing school. It was very helpful throughout my 2 years of school. I would look at some of my classmate's NCLEX books and this is the best one in comparison. It's easy to understand and is divided by body systems and medications. It is a thorough study book with a very helpful CD. It played a big part in helping me pass the NCLEX exam the first time.
