Good book, bad service:
These are great books.
Unfortunately I had to order them twice from Amazon.
First time only received Vol 1 (even though this is a two volume set!!!) and then had to hear that I cannot be sent vol 2, and second time the order was lost.
A Great Dermatology Text Book:

My wife developed chronic urticaria, nothing helped, the doctors could not do much. We would stay up all night itching. It got so bad, it was making us miserable.
