How does our biology, spirituality, and psychology impact behavior? And finally, what can we learn about how social institutions, families, groups, organizations and communities impact the vast range of human behaviors? Satisfied customer:
Although it took a little longer than I had hoped to receive the book, it arrived in perfect condition. It was the best buy on this textbook that I found anywhere on the net.
Wrong book!!!!:
I ordered this book and was sent the wrong one! I tried to get in touch with the compancy about exchanging. I sent several emails on their website. They never got in touch with me by phone or email, no refund, NOTHING!!! Now I have a book I don't need and had to go spend an additional $95 on the RIGHT book! I will not order books from online for graduate school again!!!!!
Everything great other than shipping.:
I live in an area where I have to have a P.O.Box and there is no secure physical address. I had high hopes that the package would be sent through the USPS. I received a shipping confirmation the day it was supposed to arrive and had to contact buyer to find out it was shipped UPS. They can not ship to my address so I had to drive 20 miles out to pick up the package. It is frustrating not knowing which shipping option is going to be chosen and not really having a choice over it. Payed for expedited shipping... more info
Great textbook!:
This textbook is well written. It catches your attention with case studies and then in a way that makes sense, teaches the concepts.
