A MUST resource for those caring for Cardiac surgery patients:
This is a "bible" for anyone involved in the care of these patients. I refer to it on a daily basis and review several times in a day's work. Highly recommended.
CardioThoracic "Bible":
I would recommend this book to all who work with any aspect of the heart. It's known on my unit and many other places as the Cardio Thoracic "Bible", and is properly named as such. The information relayed is clear and concise, and the photos are very detailed. It has helped me on many occasions for quick reference and has served as great reading material!
open heart recovery:
This book should be required for all open heart recovery nurses, new or experienced, to read and have at the bedside. Contains valuable information in an easy to read format.
Great Job Bob!:
This book is a must for anyone taking care of cardiac patients. I had older editions when a resident and fellow. Am an attending now and picked up the new edition as its a good little reference book. Still use it to brush-up on stuff before 'pimping' residents and fellows!
