good recipes:
I have used several recipes from this cookbook. I have found them to be fairly easy and all that I have tried have tasted really good. The taste is so good you would never know that you were missing all the yummy fat or cholesterol.

good book. i purchased it for my mom and she seems to like it
Good recipes, but lacks appeal:
This is another good source of low fat / low cholesterol recipes. However, if you are like me and like to see photos of what you're cooking, this cookbook isn't for you. I was very disappointed that there are no photos other than the cover. When I go through a cookbook looking for a new recipe to try, if the food looks good in a photo, I want to try the recipe. I personnaly recommend the Betty Crocker Low Fat / Low Cholesterol cookbook if you want good recipes with photos.
