Lacks concrete treatment options:

First of all, I admit I have only read the e-version of this book and do not know if it differs from the paperback. If you were a doctor the pictures would be helpful for diagnosis. However, I find it lacks concrete treatment options (maybe there are none at this time) and jumps from item to item in a nonsensical manner.
I also notice that Dr. Schaller uses pictures from Fry labs that are now labelled "suggestive of hemobartonella or mycoplasma" and Schaller seems to indicate they are bartonella. But,... more info

Disappointing:

I am very disappointed in this book. The photos were of poor quality and the drawings/sketches looked as if drawn by a child. The book appeared very unprofessional and was unnecessarily lengthy. This information could have been put in a pamphlet. Don't waste your money.

Excellent Book - A MUST read:

I think it was genius to make both a black & white & color editions of this book. If the color edition is out of your price range then the black & white edition is excellent, too. Picture aren't as defined but for the money, it's Excellent. Pictures like these can not be found anywhere else. I have searched everywhere.
