Lupus Recovery Diet:
I have found this book to be extremly helpful. Although, if taken word for word could be a bit extreme, the basic ideas are very sound. I have tried several of the recipes and they are quite good. Ms. Harrington lays out a plan and justification, offering information as well as support. It can be overwhelming and confusing to look at all the health information out there on managing these illnesses, but this plan is where I... more info
