This workbook invites the reader to reflect on the way he or she has been practicing, while exposing the reader to new ways of assisting patients to change life-long habits. It follows the motivational approach in terms of the way the information is presented - but for a therapist who already works in a nontraditional, empathic approach, it can be a wee bit frustrating as it starts from further back than, for example, where I was!
