Looks like a helpful book:

I ordered this book for my fiance, who is having kidney problems since suffering a medication interaction that damaged his kidneys. It has helpful information on diet as well as decent recipes.

The easiest one for me.:

This book is a binder, it makes it easy to take off only the pages I need, either for my shopping list or for a recipe.
I like to go to the point instead of reading and reading prefaces.
I recommend this no complicated book.

Good resource:

This is a good resource for dialysis patients and their families. Unfortunately, because the book is apparently out of print, there are some independant sellers engaging in shameless price gouging.
Paying $29.99 for a book listed at $24.00 is reasonable. However, charging $62.00 and up is outrageous!
Alibris, a company that sells out-of-print books, is allowing this book to be sold for over $206.00!! If that is not price gouging, I don't know what is. It is truly repulsive and should not be... more info
