Successful Preparation for the Psychiatry Oral Exam: How to Effectively Organize Your Interview, Oral Presentation, and Video Exam
Disorganization in the interview and oral presentation of the psychiatry oral exam is a common phenomenon. This book helps exam candidates successfully organize the introduction, interview, oral presentation, and video exam phases of the ABPN Part II examination. It provides detailed how-to techniques in the collection and presentation of clinical data. These strategies include the stop, look, and listen strategy; note-taking strategy; the use of pronouncements; chronology and transition statements; the use of video and cassette recording of interviews and presentations for critical analysis; and other helpful techniques.

A very useful addition to prepare Board Exam in in Psychiatry:
This book is must before appearing in examination. Part I deals with organizing your introduction and making rapport with patient. The other parts deal with different techniques of history taking, presentation, formulation, differential diagnosis and treatment plan. Over all, I would highly recommend this book for board candidates,
