This is not an actual review, because I haven't read the book. I just wanted to share a hair loss recipe with you good people - the one that helped me. I am a woman, 32 years old. I have had my hair falling out at above average rate since puberty. For a woman, a number of hairs falling out shouldn't be more than 70 per day. I would say that for me it was probably around 200. Easy to understand:
I have read a few books on hair loss and I must say that this one was the easiest to read by far. It uses basic medical terms and is clearly written for someone who is new to hair loss and wanting to find a solution. If you are looking for facts is an easy-to-read format, then this book is for you.
