I bought the book two months ago and now juice everyday. I have seen a remarkable improvement in my skin (acne prone) and my energy. I have told all my friends about the virtues of juicing. I am a believer in the health benefits of juicing. I think that Dr. Cabot does a wonderful job of giving you recipes and a glossary of benefits of certain types of fruits and vegetables. Her book was well-thought and very easy to read.

I thought that this book was good as far as the recipes are concerned. The book didn't give me as much info as I needed for my personal condition. I could have looked around for another type of book!
A great place to start if you've never juiced:
Dr. Cabot gives a lot of great recipes that are "condition specific." Some of the ingredients are a little odd, but the end result was still good. She also tells you which ingredients won't mix well. It's good info for a newbie like me.
