Anatomy book purchase:
I was extremely happy with my purchase and delivery of the products! They were in great shape and very clean. The delivery was also very timely and quick! Overall I give them a 5 star rating.
Very helpful:
Other people have reviewed the positives of this book, all of which I agree with. The only problem I have with this book is the paper on which it is printed. Ink smudges and pencil only works once; if you erase the pencil, you cannot rewrite in pencil. The best thing you can do is copy the pages you need, either by hand or with a scanner, if you plan on pre-testing multiple times.
SO HELPFUL!:
if you have any anatomy classes this is a SUPER way to jump start your knowledge of muscle location, action insertion and origin... great for massage therapists to brush up on education or for massage therapy students... would recommend to purchase with the trail guide to the anatomy (red book) for a wealth of information.
Must have for Kinesiology students:
This is a great tool for Kinesiology students using the Trail Guide to the body. Be sure to get the matching edition for the text book. In the class I've taken we did not study everything in the Trail Guide in the order presented, which sometimes made it a little challenging when using the study guide, but it is really indispensible if a person wants as many tools as possible to keep track of how well they are learning/absorbing the material in the book. Particularly like the coloring pages to help "fix"... more info
