A must have for surgery! Get it today!:
I just had double lumbar fusion surgery. My nervousness leading up to the procedure was bad. This book focused me and chilled me out. It gave me piece of mind that here in this bad, helpless situation I could do some things to affect my outcome.
Now, 3 weeks post surgery I'm way ahead of predicted function. My bowels are mostly back on track, i'm sleeping better, i have no infection, good strength.

I find this disc very relaxing and very helpful before surgery. It also helps me fall asleep. Works every time!

Peggy Huddleston's Relaxation/Healing CD plus Instructional CD I used these helpers every day before and the day of surgery. I found them to be a wonderful help and I was no longer afraid. It was my first experience of surgery and I needed less medication than I was offered.

I ordered this particular set for a friend who was facing surgery for the very first time in her life. She was extremely apprehensive. The change in her after using these tapes/cassette was remarkable. She was much calmer and has had a fairly comfortable post op recovery.
