Eating Well Through Cancer:
This is a fabulous help for caregivers. The "what to eat during which part of the cycle" was such a GREAT help for me. It lays everything out in an easy to understand manner and during this tough time it's hard to figure things out, especially for someone you love so much. The book is a great outline on what to do next--at least in the area of food. I love the book and reccommend it highly! It's comforting.
Great recipes:
Easy, fast, flavorful, and nutrition-packed recipes. Very handy, and I have used several. Especially the soup ones.

Not only is nutrition important for the patient but the caregiver also and this book provided great food and good tips also. Now, I give... more info
