This author is the only one who seems to know anything about this disorder. I also thought he really cares because the cost of the book is such a small amount to part with. I bought his other book for $10, Taking control of tmj I spent about alot of money going to numerous dentists, doctors, chiropractors and no one taught me what this guy knows. I was very stressed out about what I was going through, but his book gave me more peace of mind. He explains whats going on with you also and how to... more info
An excellent book with very useful information:
Dr.Goddard, who practices at the University of California, San Francisco Center for TMD, has written an excellent and very useful book for anyone who has a TMJ disorder. He provides an overview of the disorder and a first-rate self-care section with many tips on how to manage the problem. This is a must-read book for anyone who suffers from TMJ.
