CranioSacral Therapy is great!:
This book is very difficult to read, but it is full of amazing information. I read it to prepare for a 4-day workshop on CranioSacral Therapy from The Upledger Institute. I had to read the book before the class, and again after the class. It made much more sense the second time. I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to give the therapy a try.
