Excellent Book:
I'm a walker and don't have nearly the foot problems that people doing longer distances, carrying backpacks, or running sometimes do, but this book has been so helpful to me. For the first time in my life, I actually know how to buy shoes that fit (beyond them feeling comfortable at the store). I'm training for the Breast Cancer 3Day walk -- 60 miles in three days -- and stumbled across this book during an internet search for blister prevention and cures. I got a copy right away. I only review & critique books I actually have read, how else can you make an educated and realistic critique? As a 19-year Ultraq vRunner I certainly had a reason to buy anmdn read this book, especially since I run now exclusively on trails.
