Buldging disc resolved:
I was injured in ski accident a couple of years ago. Chiropractor's xrays indicated that I had 2 bulging discs. After a few treatments with Chiroprator and no relief, I went to physical therapist who recommended this book. Pain was beginning to radiate to my right leg and I was willing to try anything to avoid surgery. After a few days of doing the exercises, I experienced, just as the book indicated, the discs returning to position. Pain in leg was completely gone immediately. If you order the " Lumbar Roll " order this !!!!!! some of the best money you will spend ! I unfortunately know back pain ALL to well , do your excercises

or joints to correct itself but not overdoing it with short holding time.
