Every woman should have this book in her library. If you are tired and feel like you are pushing yourself to get through the day this book can literally be a life saver. Read this and be tested before you need to have a transfusion!!! Low iron levels are not just a small problem. This is especially vital to all vegetarians and those who avoid red meat.
