Still good:
This book is still holding it's ground in this genre because it has excellent descriptive value. I recommend reading it along with this one I've linked by Sarah Shikitao-Brown. They make an excellent combo of knowledge and solution. Tao Cycle Therapy: Natural Happiness via Self Directed Cure for Chronic Anxiety & Depression [Updated 2008 3nd Edition] -Jane Stevens
