Basic information for staying healthy:
For someone who may be interested in getting very basic information about why we should not use antibiotics so freely, this would be a good book; however I found it a little too basic and wish I had purchased Cindy Jones book "The Antibiotic Alternative" first. I ended up buying her book after all, and find it fits my needs for information much better.
