the only issue is that the customer should be given the option of shipping overnight by UPS or fedex or USPS next day.
Well written, even in the unnecessary parts:
This book is written well and the finish is good, however certain parts of the book do not need to take up an entire chapter. Definitely a broad overview type of book. Also, the use of certain figures/charts is excessive at times.
Internal Audit:
The book is set up very well and it is an easy read. Great diagrams and flowcharts. However, it can be a little repetitive. Overall a good textbook.
