Honestly, I had to have this for a class, but it is definitely a good
reference to have in your library. Easy to read and understand. Straight to the point.

misprinted book:

I read up to page 194 in this book before I realized that it is totally messed up! The page following 194 is 171 (pages 171 through 194 are printed twice), and pages 195 through 218 are missing totally! So, the page numbering in this book is as follows: 1-194, 171-194, 219-end.
