Great Resource & Great Gift for Bride or New Mom!:
This book is chock full of ideas for cherished holiday celebrations as well as ways to make each day special. I really liked the children's book and music recommendations that were interspersed throughout. This book has ideas for almost every holiday under the sun from Easter to President's Day. The reason for four stars and not five is that I felt there should be less recipes and more craft ideas. There are a few recipes that are both edible and educational though! Great ideas in a creative book!:
I got this book (along with the Homespun Gifts from the Heart by the same authors) and just love it! The ideas are divided into seasons (Fall, First snow, Christmas, Valentines, etc.) and special occasions (wedding, first day of school, baby shower). They have done a very creative job of writing the book,including some very well done gift tags in the back for you to photocopy.
