Hey,
I don't read more than 5 or 6 books a year but this one is a keeper. After 17 years of talk therapy this book told me why I acted the way I did. I bought the hardback and shared it with some relatives who also found it useful.
Sometimes the written word hits home when the spoken doesn't and I will read this book again I am sure.
If you grew up around a lot of criticism this book will explain how to overcome your problems.

I think that everyone Wheither they feel they are happy or not will find this book enlightening. It gives good insparation and refrences, that show you, you're not alone and can ask for help. It has techniques that helps you deal with everything from low selfesstem to anger and is a must read.
