An odd start to a great set of Wolverine stories:
This is the second in a series of graphic novels reprinting Wolverine's first ongoing series. Though the stories appear in black and white in Essential Wolverine vol. 1, this is the first time many of these have been published in color in graphic novel form. Though it gets off to an odd start, most of the stories in here are wonderful.
