Fairly good book for residents in psychiatry who are preparing for PRITE or Boards. Almost no neurology.
Best Psychiatry Textbook for Residency:
Excellent text, great explanations, easy to read, much better than the full edition .I used it all along during my Residency training.
An interesting option to prepare for the exams:
Together with the sinopsis of psychiatry this book is an ideal tool to acquire a good deal of knowledge and preparation for the exams (in my case the MRCPsych part 1 in UK). This will really boost your possibilities!. Good luck!
