excellent for residents:
This book is great for looking up all those little details you never remember about a pathology, or checking the diferential on an image.
At my hospital the residents use this book alot and we love it.

Better resource for the Radiology Written boards than Orals:
In the midst of my studying for the Orals, I have discovered that I use this book much less for the Orals than the I did for the writtens. Rarely some of the information is not up to date or wrong. The differentials are not weighted. For example In case conference, if you get a "double bubble" differential just start off with Ladd's Bands as your leading differential ( from the LADS mnemonic).
