Very Good !:
Very good book. There are some printing errors on the answers and be careful about that. It will be great if they include more psychotherapy questions. This book will certainly improve ones grades.
Plus/minus helpful:
I bought this book to prepare for board recertification. As you move through the book, you encounter many typographical errors -- some amusing (as when it talks about the "civility of the dependence" when actually meaning the "severity of the dependence," and others just plain perplexing. There are several typographical errors in answers that are misleading, although I guess sorting the whole thing out serves as studying in its own right. Best question book:
I found this book to be helpful. Overall, the questions seem to approximate the level of difficulty one might expect from Boards. There are some questions basaed on clinical vignettes, but not as many as I would have liked. Questions are grouped into nineteen chapters dedicated to specific topics, and there is a well-constructed index.
