This is a great book. It has lots of excellent diagrams which clearly explain complex topics in vascular ultrasound. Dr Polak is a world famous expert on vascular ultrasound and has written numerous papers in the medical literature on vascular ultrsound. He supervises a vascular ultrsound lab and is also an invasive radiologist who uses vascular ultrasound for performing procedures such as venous access, TIPS, and thrombolysis.
