Great for rapid review:
This book was excellent for use during a one month consult rotation. It gave the basics, told you how to work up common consults, and explained some of the differentials. It summarized the topics well, but was not an in depth review. Use this for the immediate consult, then use some other source for reading up on the details of the diagnosis.
