FWIW, the New England Journal of Medicine just published a positive review of this book (Sharma & Wong, 355:1507-1508; October 5, 2006). I am buying it on the basis of this. Disappointment:
The chapter by Dr. Richard Spaide is excellent. Other chapters by other authors don't even seem to have been thoroughly proofread. Given the relatively low price, I suppose it's reasonable.
