Newman and Newman take a chronological approach to the study of the life span, drawing on the psychosocial theory of Erik Erikson to provide a conceptual framework for the text. Newman and Newman address physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth in all life stages, focusing on the idea that development results from the interdependence of these areas at every stage, and placing special emphasis on optimal development through life.

Pleased with purchase:
I received the book faster than promised. The book is exactly what I wanted. Priced $30 less than our school's bookstore. It seems the pages are very thin, but it does not hurt your ability to read them. Although it might be a problem if someone wants to use a highlighter because it might show through to the other side of the page.
was sold instructor edition:
The book was covered in black electrical tape upon arrival. When I took the tape off it was exposed that I was sold an instructors copy. The book did arrive quickly and is in good condition, but should not have been sold.
Development Through Life:
The book was in good condition. I was hoping it would be in very good to excellent condition. The book arrived in perfect time.
Great Communication:
Shipment was delayed, however, they were prompt in informing us of that fact so that we could decide whether we could wait for it to come in. It ended up coming in before the anticipated delivery date. Great Service!
